Our latest shipment was comprised of over 500 books and went to two locations Landsthul Regional Medical Center in Germany and Afghanistan to distribute to various FOB's (Forward Operating Bases).
A letter from the USO Director at Kaiserslautern, Germany dates March 3rd, 2009:
Mr. Jimenez,
We received a box today full of very nice books as well as DVDs. Thank you VERY much! They will be used at our CASF USO, Air Terminal, and Warrior Center. The troops will really enjoy them.

Mr. Jimenez,
As you requested, here are some photos of your great donations being taken by some very deserving soldiers as they transited through the USO at the Ramstein Air Base Air Terminal in Germany.
On behalf of the USO and the many service members that benefitted from your very generous donation, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for these items that were donated. They helped lift the morale of many troops.
